Refunds and Return policy
At DocPlace, we are committed to providing you with a seamless experience while using our SaaS platform. If you have any concerns about your subscription or would like to explore our return policy, please read the following guidelines:
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to DocPlace at any time during your subscription period. To initiate a cancellation, please log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions provided. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be billed for future subscription periods.
Once a user submits a request for cancellation, no additional charges will be made. However, no refunds (prorated or otherwise) are provided upon cancellation. In the interest of fairness to all of our clients, no exceptions will be made.
3. Account Access
After canceling your subscription, you will still have access to your DocPlace account until the end of your current subscription period. After that, your access will be discontinued unless you decide to renew your subscription.
4. Data Retention
Upon subscription cancellation, DocPlace will retain your data for a period of 7 days. If you decide to reactivate your subscription within this period, your data will be fully restored. After 7 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
5. Changes to this Policy
DocPlace reserves the right to modify or change this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you will be notified of any significant updates.
